Opinion on AI and its future development

Current AI Developments

AI has already started to change the world. In the form of ChatGPT, Gemini, and my personal favourite 'Claude'. These AI tools have made it easier for us to create, learn, and work. They are also used in many other industries to make our lives easier. Most likey it is just 1% of what AI what capable of. Some modles like Claude Mythos is that powerfull that it found a 27 years old bug that top developers couldn't find and now claude is providing it to Amazon, Apple, Google to fix there code and more. When i saw and read this news my brain directly remember the scene of the movie Avengers Age of Ultron where Tony Stark creates Ultron and it rewrote its own code and programm and become more powerfull and started to distroy the world. It may happen a very small chance but this could happen not in upcoming 5 years for sure but surely after 10-20 years if govt around the world did't interfare or pass a law against the development of AGI. If AI reach AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) it will not be in human control it could be something like Ultron very less change still a Possibility.

Impact on the world

Today i heard a News Meta fired it's 8k Emplyees. In India alone meta fired 5k Employees due to AI, and it is not like they are a loss making comapany they are heavy investing in AI company . Also i heard Google invested over 40 billion in Claude alone even tho they have Gemini, So it is scary how powerfull claude is and still these big tech companies are investing in AI. Till now over 100k Jobs were lost directly or indirectly by AI itself and it is just the start, samething happen when Computers came but is was also giving too much jobs but a Single person can use AI to replace 100 or more person so it will create jobs but 100 times or more less than Computers or any other technology came in the world. Elon predicted that AI is far more dangerous than Nuclear Weapons, We did't take him seriously and here we are and if last 5 years AI has become 100x better Yet there is no Single AI that can do all the task perfectly so it not even close to AGI but still it is dangerous how quickly it is developing. My prediction is upcoming 5-7 Years or less there will be a AGI which is Fucking Scary. CSE is Going to be irrelevant in some years only AI will be most relevant. (Maybe in 10 years Cse student will be like what iscse? did it ever exited? )
